Add data using http

Hi I am using frontlinesms to send and rec sms. I want the messages received by Frontlinesms to be posted to my Zoho creator database using Url Get/Pots method. Frontlinesms can send the data to the Url. I need someone to setup the Zoho Creator end to receive this data. John
