Add Incoterms fields to quote module

Add Incoterms fields to quote module

Hi there.

I'm just starting out with Zoho, so please if these fields are hidden somewhere please feel free to disregard.  For any quotation involving a product, it's common to have Incoterms identified on the quotation, typically these are agreed with the customer at the 'account level' but sometimes are done on an ad-hoc basis.  Incoterms have both a term (i.e. EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP etc.) and a named place (the city, port, etc the Incoterm takes effect) and these are standardised by the International Chamber of Commerce (so it's not something each party just makes up, it's a broadly established industry practice).

Neither of these fields appear to be available out of the box, so a quote doesn't have any field to identify where the agreed transaction takes place and upon what shipping terms.

YES I know I can add custom fields, but if these are fields that are normally required (if not required... they are simply good practice), then can we ask that ZOHO considers adding them in as standard fields within the application.  We can manually enter info in the Terms and Conditions area but that's quite unstructured.

Interested to see what others think.

Chris.
