Add non-group members to specific events inside a calendar group

Add non-group members to specific events inside a calendar group

When i try to create an event into a group calendar with an attendee wich doesn't belong to this group i receive the following message: 
" Group policy does not support to add non-group members as attendees."

How can i force to add this non-group member to a specific event inside the calendar group?
