Add option to update blog publish date

This is useful for blog posts where the content gets updated in the future with relevant information after the initial publishing date.

For example, I'm writing a blog on Zoho Books about the feature and plans.

https://www.mladen-svraka.hr/blogs/post/Zoho-Books-The-Complete-Breakdown-of-Features-and-Plans

If any new features get released or if any changes to the plans will be made I will need to update the blog post and would also like to be able to update the blog publish date.

This in an important SEO signal. Search engine crawlers could use the new date to rank the blog higher than they would with an older date and readers will be aware that this post was recently updated.
