How can I add a lead in Creator in Map View like Zoho CRM?

I want to click on the Map and add a pin where it automatically finds location and address then can add a lead.
Photo below from Zoho CRM. If it's not possible how can I add the CRM Lead Creation to zoho creator and send it to Zoho Creator. I need this feature as my Salesman knock doors and want them to add a lead based on their location at a home. Thanks
