Hello All,

We have been using Zoho Inventory for a couple of months to ship our products. It works fairly well with a few issues. 
One is, we want to the Reference Number from our Sales Order to print on the UPS labels. We used to be able to do this with Quickbooks. Often the Reference Number is our customer's Purchase Order Number and they need that on the label to receive the package from UPS. 
Does anyone know if it is easily possible to do this? I am wondering how it would be done and if some custom script would need to be made for the UPS shipping module in Zoho Inventory. 

Also, everytime we create a label, to print it, we have to click the print button, then a popup opens, then we have to select which printer to print to, click print and then close the popup. It would be great if we could automate this so that UPS labels printed immediate to their designated printer once they are created. Is it possible this could also be created?

The UPS shipping module was much better in Quickbooks. In Zoho it takes more steps.
