Hello, we are using a new contract accountant and need to add them to Zoho One for Books access. We did this once before and You added a no-charge seat to zoho one for this.

You can invite users with the existing email address. If the person (user) already uses ZohoCRM, then you can import users from Zoho CRM. You can also import them using a .csv file.
