Adding an option to include a contact in a note when changing a candidate/job status

Adding an option to include a contact in a note when changing a candidate/job status

Hello,
could you please add an option to include a contact and client when changing a status of a candidate at a position or making a note? The same as at the moment adding a job posting (a check box) when putting a note to a candidate?  It would be great if we did not have to write the same note separately to a candidate record and then the same to a client and contact record.
