Adding new Cliq channel user to associated Zoho Project

Hi all!

We have deeply embedded Zoho Projects into Cliq and use it as our company-wide task system.

Challenge:
Every time we add a new person to a Cliq channel, we then have to go to Zoho Projects, find that project and add that person to the Zoho Project associated with that channel.

Note: when a Zoho Project is first added to the Cliq channel, all the members of that channel are added to the Zoho Project, so there is a way...

Question:
Is there a way that, every time a user is added to a channel they are auto-added to the Zoho Project, if one is associated as the task list?

Bonus points if removing a user removed them from the project!
