Adding Zoho Sheet to CRM module (attachment)
Hello,
I would like to solve the following via a Zoho Flow:
Trigger
If Update CRM Module
Then
1. copy an existing Zoho Sheets file to a folder as copy
2. rename the file in the new folder
3. add this file as an attachment in the linked CRM module
Everything works perfectly - except for the 3rd step.
The CRM module is a self created module and I then use the flow "Zoho CRM - Update related module entry".
I have configured this as follows:
Current modul = CSM (my CRM module)
Related module = attachments
What must now be at Record ID and Related Record ID?
