Address Formats bug

Hello:

I want to report a problem.
I want to change Address Format of Organization using preference settings, as seen below:



If I click on Edit customer format, I can see the Placeholders.




But, if I click on Edit Organization format, the box is empty.




So, I  insert a Placeholder, just to test...




And what I get... customer address updated.
