Address Verification Settings

I think I have encountered a potential bug with the "Address Verification Settings".

On my Zoho Billing organization, changing this setting only has an effect on the 'Default' Hosted Page Template. Any templates that I have created, the address fields show up, regardless of if I have 'hidden' them or made them 'non mandatory'.
