Admin Access to Direct Messages in Zoho Cliq

Hi Zoho Cliq Team,

We would like to request a feature enhancement to enable admin access to one-on-one conversations (direct messages) conducted through Zoho Cliq.

Use Case:
As administrators, there are situations where it becomes essential to access direct messages for compliance, monitoring, or resolving disputes. Currently, there is no option available for admins to view these conversations, which can create challenges in maintaining transparency and accountability within the organization.

Proposed Solution:

  1. Admin Access: Introduce an admin-level feature to access direct messages with appropriate safeguards to ensure privacy and security.
  2. Audit Logs: Provide detailed logs for admin actions to maintain accountability and avoid misuse.
  3. Access Controls: Include the ability to enable or restrict this feature per organizational policy. For instance, admins should only access direct messages when explicitly permitted under specific scenarios such as compliance reviews or legal requirements.

This feature would significantly enhance the organization's ability to manage communications while adhering to necessary guidelines and policies.
