After I upgraded to Zoho One, my users are still in Trial mode

After I upgraded to Zoho One, my users are still in Trial mode

I upgraded to Zoho One and added my company users to Zoho Creator. After adding, my employees still cannot access the full features such as Sub Forms and the software asks them to Upgrade (in the top right corner). I've emailed support but the response has been really slow and this hasn't been fixed for weeks.

How can we fix this?
