Aging Summary - Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, ....

Thank you Zoho for a wonderful product and affordable tool to your users. The passing on of your product to us (your customers) becomes part of 'our' service to 'our' customers. You, us and our customers is a triangle. What you cannot escape is faith. Faith is earned through service. I lose customers because faith is lost, either because service is lost or superior elsewhere.

So, let's look at the evidence of service on a particular idea with Zoho:

"I agree. Adding aging information for the customer to see on their invoices would be very helpful. "

"Unfortunately, other features have been receiving the votes and moving ahead on the priority scale."

Agree on your point. We've already marked the request to the wishlist. We'll update this space with the progress on your requested feature.

All these posts requesting unpaid invoices to be shown in an aging summary on new invoices. Years do not account for votes.

Zoho, here is my reality:

I just paid for another 6 months. At my expiry, my experience with the above is 3 years. Obviously "Aging Summary" is a basic principal to your customers but you cannot extend that to our customers - it seems due to a lack of votes.

You can go ahead and again give thanks for an 'excellent', 'wonderful', 'helpful', 'enhancement', and add it for a (I've lost count) time to your to-do list, but I will soon realize I am with the wrong group on a such fundamental idea.

Popular votes versus Functional vote, this is our world. Blow yer horn ....
