Always showing as offline
The widget on my corporate website always shows as being offline, even if i am in CRM or Desk.
The only time it shows as being online is if Sales IQ portal is open.
Why is this so, when the chat widget integrates with CRM and Desk? Its very annoying having to have another web browser tab open!
