Am I able to turn off the live chat function in Sales IQ temporarily, possibly 5 minutes when needed?
We are extending our opening hours but using a single member of staff for the last three hours. If they need to use the facilities, am I able to switch the chat off for the 5 minutes they will be gone?
I've searched and can't find how to do this?
