Amazon Addresses not automatically displaying to send send orders to fulfillment.
We are connected to amazon as seller fulfilled and as FBA. When the address for an order comes into zoho as a sales order from amazon you have to manually click on address to display it. once you do this it will send the information to Shipstation which is what we use for fulfillment. According to Amazon the Address and buyers information needs to truncate by 30 days of being received by third party software's like Zoho. We need Zoho to change the way they execute Amazons policy. Instead of manually having to click on the address to display it we need it to automatically be displayed and than at the 29th day of being in Zoho it truncates. Or once the information is sent to the Fulfillment software and the tracking is sent back to Zoho then it truncates. Either way we need this to be automatic. If you are facing this same issue please let me know as i have been in touch with ZOHO for years regarding this and need more of their customers to want this to be fixed.
