Amazon FBA to Zoho Inventory troubles

We have been working for a few months trying to move parts for our business over to Zoho (we went with Zoho One)  and have been having a really hard time with getting Zoho Inventory working smoothly. Been working with support but been about a month with the same problem and not making any ground so thought I would ask for help here. 

We sell on both Shopify and Amazon both FBA and MFN. We had set up FBA warehouse at first and were pulling its stock and orders. And at that time we would not be able to push inventory stock updates to Amazon for items on MFN. Shopify was working fine with that. Been working with support said their team is looking into it. Then about 4 weeks ago the FBA inventory stopped syncing altogether and started getting an error. Then find out that our Edition so now set to: Globale. So we could not set up FBA integration. 

We are having a few other problems but currently syncing out stock and orders correctly with Amazon is the biggest.
