An account already exists for this mobile number.
I am the super admin for our Zoho Recruit account.
We have one user account for general use, basically for a contractor to clean up the records, etc.
The person who was running this account left so I need to remove their mobile number from the system. I followed the instructions online which said to go to Zoho accounts > Preferences and change the mobile number there. When I entered my mobile I got the error message An account already exists for this mobile number.
How do I remove the ex-staff member's phone number from the Zoho Recruit account? This is a paid account.
