An update to how you track your interviews
Hello there,
We have revamped our existing custom views to help you track records more effectively. The existing logic was limiting when it came to tracking the various groupings of interviews in Zoho Recruit, so we decided to expand on it. See the table provided below to know what updates were to the custom view listing criteria in the Interviews module.

Given below are brief accounts of all the new and updated custom views present in your Interviews module.
All Interviews
This view displays a list of every interview record in your system.
Active Interviews
This view displays a list of all the interviews that don't have an associated status, i.e, interviews that have been created but haven't progressed within your system.
My Interviews
This view displays a list of interviews for which the current user is the owner of.
Completed Interviews
This view displays a list of interviews which have been evaluated already.
Upcoming Interviews
This view displays a list of interviews that are about to happen.
Cancelled InterviewsNew
This view displays a list of interviews that were cancelled.
Note:
The default view will vary with respect to the user's profile.
- For Admin users: All Interviews
- For Non-admin users: My Interviews
