Announcing the Zoho Sign exclusive iPad app

Hello,

Apple just concluded its latest event with several exciting announcements being made about the iPad that put the device on a tier of its own. With such hype surrounding their upcoming releases, we thought we could give Zoho Sign users who own an iPad a reason of our own to celebrate. Yes, Zoho Sign has released an exclusive app for the iPad on the AppStore! This app can greatly help those who like closing deals and conducting their business on the go using an iPad.

The iPad app comes with a host of new features that add a lot value to business owners, especially in this paperless, cloud-based, and mobile-driven age of technology. This easy-to-use iPad app offers a very intuitive signing experience to help users get their business documents signed in just a few steps. A vast improvement on our existing iOS app, here are the major features that the new iPad offers:

In-person Signing

The iPad app supports the creation of in-person signing workflows that allow you to get documents digitally signed on the go. And just like the web interface, it also allows you to assign documents to other agents in your organization operating remotely to meet signers in person and collect signatures.

Sign documents without leaving other applications

With the new iPad app, Zoho Sign now offers additional context menu options that allow you to open supported document formats when inside other applications and sign them without leaving the application or opening the Zoho Sign application.

Multitasking via Split View

You can now open other applications alongside Zoho Sign on the iPad using the Split View option and multi-task your way to closing deals.

Custom Siri Phrases

The new iPad app allows you to set up custom Siri phrases that can be used to make Siri display information about your Zoho Sign documents, such as the document summary and even track the status of signature.

Scan and upload

Don't have a soft-copy of your document saved on the iPad? No worries. Just scan the hard copy using your camera and directly upload it onto Zoho Sign using the new iPad app.

Spotlight Search and Face/Touch ID enhancements

You can now use the Spotlight search to look up your Zoho Sign documents. The iPad app also offers support for unlocking using Face and Touch ID.

So, are you excited to try the new app out? You can do so by visiting the AppStore on your iPad and downloading the app.

And with a lot more changes coming to the iPad as a device, you can rest assured that we will keep more new enhancements and customizations coming your way.

Feel free to use the app and let us know your feedback. As always, you can reach out to us by commenting below or writing to support@zohosign.com.

Happy Zoho Signing!
