Another nightmare experience with a "Zoho Partner": Cloud Z Technologies

I found "CloudZTech" on fiverr and I hired them to do a simple $300-$500 task. They did not deliver on time and I was forced to fire them. You guys must watch out for these fake ZOHO PARTNERS, 99% of them don't have the expertise necessary to help. I still LOVE Zoho but the developers in the community lack skills BIG TIME. Honestly, is there a Zoho Partner out there who isn't terrible? Still looking...
*I know I'm a jerk on here but your jaw would drop if you saw how terrible these "partners" are. If I could find one decent zoho developer my life would be so much easier haha.
