When a user enters the phrase "gift vouchers" into the chatbot as their first message, the bot responds in French, even though:
The default bot language is set to English
The user's browser language settings are set to English
All translate settings in Chrome are disabled and set to English only
The fallback/default language remains English
However, if the user first enters "Hello", the bot responds correctly in English, and subsequent messages (including "gift vouchers") are also handled in English.
