Answering a Bigin Call on my Mobile Phone
I am sure this is going to be easy to solve, but I am truly baffled!!
When a call is received and the caller selects a response on the IVR the call will ring on our computers, however, we can't figure out how to answer it on our Mobile Phones as they dont ring or indicate that there is a call coming in.
We want to answer when we are not near our computers.
