Anyone else having an issue with PayPal payments?

Hi, all!

I've been having issues with PayPal invoices for about the past two weeks now. I suspect it's limited to PayPal Business payments, though I'm not 100% sure. But about one out of every three clients has reported getting a 505 server error OR the following:

I've encountered the error as well when trying to pay invoices from my subcontractors. I've been able to refresh and have it cooperate, but my clients have had mixed results with refreshing.

I did contact PayPal last week and they had no idea what was going on, so I'll try contacting Zoho tech support next week, but I was wondering if anyone else was having similar issues.
