We are a call center and we have external vendors that need to post customer data through an API - they will not be manually entering the data. We are new to zoho and feel this would work for us if we can get it setup for our external vendors to be able to post the data. Once the data is posted/passed from the vendor, we have about 10 agents at a time that need to be able to view the customer data that was passed from the vendor in real time. Data can be posted from our vendor in two ways according to them: 1) HTTP GET/POST - Leads are delivered to your server in real time; or 2) SOAP 1.1/XML - Leads are delivered to your server via SOAP 1.1/XML in real time.
