ARB (Automatic Recurring Billing) with Authorize.net?

I think I read somewhere that Zoho invoice supports automatic recurring billing. Is this true? How do I set it up. 

This obviously differs from recurring invoice. How do I utilize Authorize.net ARB feature in conjunction with recurring billing?
