 Im curiuos about several things.

1. If I wanted to export say my contacts including all the information related to that contact such as invoices, sales orders,notes and most importantly attachments. How would I achieve that? Simply downloading the attachtments to the PC is not an option as it does not keep things a streamline in Zoho.. we will just be reverting to our original problem of organising all of our contacts and the relevent information that goes with them.. How do other people archive their contacts? export and archive their DB including attachments? Im sure excel can not contain attachments...

2. It says $5 per mnth for 100mb upgrade. How long do you pay $5 per month for, 1 x 100MB .. If I only pay $5 for 1 month does my 100mb become unusable after that month? sorry its just not very clear in your pricing section. We defintatly need to upgrade, we are just unclear on whats the best option for us.
