Archiving Documents for offline backup

Hi,

Not that I'm a non-believer of the hosted Biz Apps concept, however my legal folks would like to have the ability to archive all of our online documents and download them periodically to our own site for local backup.

Are their any plans to provide a facility to select a folder(s) and have all the files and subfolders compressed up, and a zip downloadable?

Given the time it might take to do this, it would be good to have an archive option in the Business Control Panel that allows a user to determine the frequency of the archive process, have Z Docs automatically compress and zip up and leave the file accessible somewhere for download. An alert could be posted on the Business dashboard or via email to remind the user to download it within a short time period, or it will be removed. Alternatively, if the Zip process is quick, then the user could just invoke the 'Archive' on-demand.
