We limit the visibility of transactions and customers so our sales team can only view what they own. As we grow, we will have some of those reps managing others, and the managing reps need to be able to see those customers and transactions so they can edit or report on what their rep is doing. Right now, you can only assign one user to each customer and have to switch ownership to allow another rep to view that profile. Does anyone know of a way to enable multiple users to view specific customers and their transactions?

I am currently unaware of any way to allow this, and it seems like Zoho Support does not have a workaround they know of. Any help or resources you can provide are greatly appreciated! Thank you!
