Hi,

Via an automatic data sync, some of the data from the platform am I am using is pulling into Zoho Analytics as its raw ID, instead of the named value. There is no option in the source data to have this pull through as the named value.

As this is a data legend in tables and not a column legend, I have been told that I cannot rename this manually in the report. How can I turn this into a column legend, or how can I associate these raw ID's to their named values while keeping the data that uses these IDs? For example, I am trying to count how many tickets we receive that are tagged with a certain ticket form ID.
