Associate field from one module to another

Hello! I would like to know how to do the following:

In my Potentials module, I have a 'Shipping Address' multi-line field.

When I create a purchase order, I would like a field to auto populate/pull that shipping address. All purchase orders are connected to a potential with a Lookup field.
