I am getting the below message in LogFile.log before agent.exe (zoho assist) stops/crashes.... 

Stop remote session command: ATT STOP NOW AGENT_ALONE_IN_SESSION 

then agent.exe stops

Is there a setting I can change so the agent.exe does not stop?

I can not use unattended access, because the environment that I am accessing do not allow A) your unattended access installer to run and B) the ports that unattended access use on host machine do not work on the hosts I access. 

Zoho assist however did work, (it used to stay connected) however I am now seeing either crashes with SSL error (see previous post) or now this message,
