I have a Wordpress site with Zeptomail Wordpress plugin installed and configured.

E-mails are sent ok through Zeptomail but without the included attachment (.pdf file)

Zeptomail is used to send tickets to customers through Zeptomail. E-Mails are generated by another application called "Event ticket plus" and as stated when Zeptomail wordpress plugin is activated the e-mail is sent ok but without the needed .pdf attached.

However if I deactivate Zeptomail Worpress plugin the e-mail is sent OK including the .pdf file attached.

Cand you please help me?

We need to launch a campaign early next week and we need this to be solved urgently
