Authentication Error

I have been using Zoho docs for about 8 months now and I use the microsoft office plug-in. It has worked magnificantly up until today. Every time I log on it gives me a box that says "Authentication Failed. Please check your ZohoID and password." I did as the instructions told me to do with no luck. I can log on to Zoho.com however.
