Auto Assessment Upon Applying

Hi Team,

Is it possible to have an auto assessment sent upon receipt of an application?  I would like this automation to trigger automatically.  I have tried to do it, but when it sends the assessment link, it always sends a broken link.

Is this something that can be done?
