Auto complete does not work - get error "your master password has been cleared"

Hi, 
Im having an issue with the auto complete function when trying to login into websites with credentials that are stored in vault.  If I click on the zoho icon in the login or password field of a website i get this message.
"your master password has been cleared".  any tips on how to correct this
