Auto End Chats After Customer Inactivity
Hello Everyone,
I may be missing something, but is there a way to auto-end chats when a customer has been inactive for an amount of time?
I have several operators (we use a shared set of account with schedules for people... that's another story) but at times chats are not being ended. I have to go in and manually close them.
So my question is, is there a way to set it that after a set amount of time of inactivity from the customer, is there a way to just end the chat?
