I've created a new module in Zoho Recruit to specifically handle applicants coming through a Zoho form. I'd like to send them an automatically generated email as soon as their entry is created.

This leads to the following problem:

When I try to manage this with a workflow, the automation doesn't trigger because I'm not manually creating a new contact. The workflow doesn't seem to recognize that a new entry has been made if it comes through Zoho forms integration.

If I try to handle it through the AutoMail option in Zoho forms, I don't have access to an HTML editor for the mailing. As a result, the email looks very unprofessional.

Ideally, I would like to send a template email that I have created in campaigns.

What's the best way to do this? And is there any indication of when Zoho Thrive might be available in the EU?
