Automate and schedule data export CSV to a fisical folder

Greetings,
I need to plan to export a table to a folder to synchronize with another software.
At the moment I manually export from the settings screen of my "companies" table and save the csv in a specific folder on the physical server accessed by the other software.
Can I automate this somehow?
