AUTOMATE ZOHO FORM PDF TO ZOHO PROJECT

I am trying to integrate a zoho pdf to a new project template each time a specific project is created. I tried to do the zoho form integration with zoho projects but it says there is no pdf or signatures to be uploaded. I want to have the entire form which should be a pdf document automatically gets sent and saved into documents in the zoho project.

Can someone assist? Any ideas?
