Automated Email not sending on Zoho Recruit

Automated Email not sending on Zoho Recruit

I created an automated email on zoho recruit. Flow is:
When a candidate submits an application, they will receive an automated email.

When i tested it and i submitted an application.. i did not receive the automated message.. May I ask how to troubleshoot this?
