Automated Email sent when application is received

Hi,

how do i set up an automated email reply templates for job openings?
Also, would it be possible that these emails are being sent under a generic zoho notification email (which then send a reply to hiring managers?
Can we attach more than one hiring manager(collaborator) to a job opening?
