Hello Guys, 

I have already mentioned the issue in a chat, maybe now the community will support. When we give a review to a candidate in an INTERVIEW window, in case of positive interview I have an option to choose thimb up "hired" in this case the status of candidate changes to "hired" and i need to change it to a different status manually. It leads to mistakes and false statistics for the whole company. Also the positive result of an interview in most of the cases wont lead to the hire, there are many stages and we are staffing agency, in our case there is a positive outcome that usually leads to the submission of the candidate's cv to our client. 

I have no idea who suggested to include this "on default" switch of the candidate status to "hired" but i ask you to change that, because it creates additional problems for all the users
