Automatic reminder from zoho creator and timings
I do not understand how automatic reminders work in zoho invoice? When you select 0 days before due date, when is the reminder sent? Is it send as soon as the invoice becomes active? If not, when?
Also when specifically is the invoice sent? Is it send at the same time on the proper day that the invoice was originally created?
I have been trying to test this but have yet to get an invoice reminder to send.
What setting should i use to have an invoice sent to the client as soon as the invoice is created and made active?
If i want it to send 1 day after it is created and made active i assume i would select "`1 day after due date", is this correct?
When will it be sent cause i cant get it to work only thing i can think of is i need to wait till the same time invoice was made.
Final question, i want to create invoices from my zoho creator application and have zoho invoice email a reminder right away. I can pass the information to zoho invoice no problem but can i pass an email address to use in the to field of zoho invoice reminders?
If not could i pass the email address using another variable such as "quantity" (which i dont need for my invoices) and them use the quantity variable in the email address to field? Quantity may be a bad variable to use, is there a better one?
The more i think about this the more i realize it is totally not even possible to do this cause there is no way to pass an email address to zoho invoice. Why have such limited values that you can pass to zoho invoice?
