Hi All,

Please help about this requirement. 

Requirement: 
1. When a ticket moves in "Make PI Pending" then the same ticket automatically will be opened in " ICD2C" [Note: ICD2C-is a "Sub-Pipeline"] and also that ticket automatically assigned to the responsible person based on Field. 
2.  When a ticket moves in the "Make PI Pending" stage then the "Due date & Time" is automatically set. [Note: "Due date & Time" is a field]
3.  I want once the "Due date & Time" is over then we can see that under the "Delay in Days" automatically.
4. I need to create a "Dashboard" Where we can see the ticket nameDelay in Days, Due date & time, stage or ticket. 
5. Please help me about a Sum of 2 Field. 
Field name: 
Production Date: ( Under the "Date Picker")

Production Days: ( under the "Number Filed")

After adding the two fields, I want once ticket transit from one status to another status, "Due date & Time" automatically will be set based on automation rules.

Example: Production Date (23th April, 2024) + Production Days(7) = Due date & time (30th April, 2024)


Hope I am able to explain in detail. Please help me with this automation rule.
