Automation Trigger in Chat not working
We have set a automation intelligent trigger for our chat that pops up the chat window if it is the first time a user vists our site (Lands or our site + Number of visits < 2) . This works fine for most visitors, but we have noticed that for some visitors the Trigger keeps on getting executed even after several visits. Is there a setting in the browser, a cookie or something else that prevents the trigger from working correctly?
