Autoresponder with multiple Lead Owners

I have a pretty healthy inflow of leads from the web that are stored under a generic Lead Owner in Leads. Throughout the day I have a person that based on a lot of "rules and knowledge" assigns them by changing the Lead Owner to 6 different sales guys (each of them have their own Zoho account). From that point on I want to trigger a Drip eMail Campaign that helps each of these sales reps with a personalize Drip eMail (I am XYZ...) with their assigned accounts.

I have created an Autoresponder but I don't seem to be able to have a "dynamic ASSIGN TO"... every email comes from me (the creator) or from the one I specify from the user list. Also the eMail template looks at me (not the Lead Owner) as the originator for all these? Do I have to create a view and Autoresponder by Lead Owner? and if so how can I deal with the limit of only 3 Autoresponders (I have 6 sales guys).
