Avoid triggering flow more than once on the same CRM module record

New to Zoho Flow here! I have a flow set up to post to a slack channel upon trigger [ Updated Module Entry, Filter Criteria: field X equals value Y ] on a deals module in Zoho CRM.  I want to avoid multiple posts to Slack if additional changes in the record are made while field X still equals vale Y.  Is there a way to ensure the flow only executes once on a record? Ideally I'd like to avoid adding a new field to the module that is checked at the end of the flow and set as a filter.
